What is Dog Bundles?
We are a Canadian company that delivers personalized Bundles of joy for your pup right to their doggy door! Our Bundles (boxes) typically include a wonderful hand-picked combination of toys, treats, chews and/or other accessories. All Bundles come with premium quality dog-tested/approved toys and all-natural treats that are made right here in Canada or the US. Tell us all about your pup when signing up, including any allergies, chewing habits, and any other details you’d like us to know so that we can create the perfect Bundle just for them! They will ruv you (...and us!) for it!
Is there an option for pups who need tougher toys?
You bet your paws there is! Just let us know in the “tell us about your best friend” section when signing up and we’ve got you covered!
How much does a Bundle cost?
A Month to Month Bundle is $55 a month, a 3-Month Bundle is $53 a month, and 6-Month is $51 a month. You can customize what you get and how often.
What are the sizes? Can I change the size during my subscription?
The standard sizes are tiny, small, medium, large and huge… but who are we to tell you what size you are? You tell us, and we’ll make a Bundle just right for you. Yes, of course you can change your size, just email us at order@dogbundles.ca and we’ll take care of that right away.
Do you have a Bundle for dogs with allergies?
You bet your tail we do! You tell us about your pups allergies when signing up and we will do our best to accommodate your best pal.

Will you tell me what is coming in the Bundle ahead of time?
It wouldn’t be a surprise if we told you! Surprises are fun! Don’t worry, your pup will ruv it!
Where do you ship to?
We only ship to Canada and the US.
What is the shipping fees?
Shipping is $6.95 per order to Canada and the US.
When will I be billed?
You will be billed right away for your first Bundle, and then every month or second month, (depending of the frequency you choose), on the same day. Why was my Bundle/Subscription renewed?
All our subscriptions are auto-renewing. To cancel, please email us at info@dogbundles.ca
How do I update my billing information?
You can update your billing info by logging in here.
Can I send a Bundle subscription as a gift, or send a one-time Bundle?
You sure can! Just select “Gift” from the main menu, or click here.
I forgot to add my promo code! Now what?
No worries! You have 7 days to have it added. Just send us a email to orders@dogbundles.ca
When do the Monthly Bundles ship?
We ship your first Bundle within 2 weeks of signing up. And all other Bundles will come Monthly or Bi-Monthly thereafter.
How do I cancel my subscription?
We’re sad to see you go!!! You can email us at info@dogbundles.ca and we will process your request right away and it will not renew after your initial agreement (3 or 6 month agreement). Should you wish to cancel ahead of time, the initial discount will be reversed if applicable (any discounts, promo's or monthly discounts will be reset to the monthly fee of $55 a month). There will also be a $15 early cancellation fee.

If I cancel in the middle of a subscription, will I still get all my Bundles?
If you cancel your subscription half way through, you will still receive and be charged for all the Bundles that you originally signed up for, and your plan will not renew. All our subscription Bundles are non-refundable.
What is your refund policy?
All our subscription bundles are non-refundable.
Why was my subscription renewed?
All our subscription Bundles are auto-renewing. To cancel, please email orders@dogbundles.ca
What if my dog doesn’t like a particular toy or treat?
Although it’s rare, it does happen from time to time. Just send us an email to info@dogbundles.ca and we will take care of you right away.
If something is defective, do you replace it for free?
Although we pack each box with care and inspect each item since the Bundles are customized, some may fall through the cracks. Just send us an email to info@dogbundles.ca and we will take care of it.
When will I receive my specialty Bundle?
Specialty Bundles from the Bundles Store are mailed out with 72 hours.
If I skip a month, will I still get my Bundle?
You sure will! If you sign up for six Bundle pack, you will still get all your Bundles even if you skip a month or two. The maximum number of months you can skip is 3.
